Having bought my car from Poole cars in Dorset. Was something of a anti climax. To say I bought a Lemon. Would be very very very kind to them. I had spotted an oil leak. No break pads. Worn discs. All round. And a Sagging head lining. It also had a knocking noise from N/S/F and exhaust brackets. Yet it had 12 months MOT. Unbelievable! So a deal was done. And I driven it home over 300 miles away. Sadley i did not make it home. A plastic bracket had broken off the heating and car lost water. So towed home on back of RAC . I repaired the damage. And next driven to Oxford for the launch of the 02 register. A great day was had by all. I driven home yet again, i broken down foe the 2nd time. This time somthing more serius had happened. As temp went into red. It was head gasket. Confirmed by my local garage. But sadley they do not rebuild engines. So i taken it on the back of a lorry for the 3rd time now! Too White Beat garage Adlington. Lancashire. David and Jerad Did a great job of rebuilding the engine. And giving me more say on its components. The cylinder head was ported and a cat cam chosen. Thermostat and thermostat housing replaced. A long with all Gasket and seals. We replace the tensioner and some engine mounts.. On start up with computer diagnostics. It was noticed. That lots of sensors were missing! 02 sensor. Temp sensor. Also Lambsr sensor. And map sensor were corrupted. So all sensors replaced. Again diagnostics found water pump not working for a long time. As its was heavily corroded. So we replaced. And why supercharger was off we serviced it and replace seals and gaskets. I also replaced pully with a smaller one.. again restarted and found faults with injector loom. So replaced injectors why we were in there. With bigger ones to match new engine gains. So again we used engine diagnostics to remap ECU and fix things. I Found we had to replace fuse box as it had moss in it. So obviously it's past keeper must of been lazy and
